Kate Godfrey, ABCDT, owner of Comprehensive Canine Training, LLC, is an honors graduate of the Dog Obedience Instructor Program of Animal Behavior College. She did an extensive training externship with mentor trainer Stacy Strickland of Jacksonville Pawsitive Training, Inc. Kate is also an alumnus of the University of North Florida, with bachelor’s degrees in English and Philosophy. She is a proud member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, the Pet Professional Guild, and is a Fear Free Certified Professional. There are various methods of dog training, but Kate is a major advocate for using science-backed, force-free methods. By teaching a dog what it is that you want it to do, you set the dog up to succeed. This type of training is not only fun and effective, but it will also help you enjoy life with your dog again!
