Hi! My name is Christine Fox and I am here to talk about everything dogs, mindfulness & life as a pet parent. Yes, it’s a bit of an odd combo, but it’s my mission to make mindfulness as it relates to dogs, easier to access and understand. I take dog behavior and mindfulness research and smoosh them into bite-sized dog treats of help. I’m here to teach you (since 1999!) what I’ve learned and to build a community of like-minded dog lovers. As a certified dog trainer, one thing I’ve noticed is that most people have no idea of what they can do to improve their lives through their dogs behavior.
