Danielle Basciano – CDBC, CCBC, CSAT, CPDT-KA, CBCC-KA Danielle has been training dogs and solving behavior problems for pet owners for over 25 years. An active volunteer in her community, she consults regularly with local shelters, animal rescues and animal welfare agencies. She is passionate about humane training methods grounded in behavioral science and about a hands-on, supportive approach to training and behavior modification programs for both dogs and cats. In addition to running her business, CNY Pet Training & Behavior, Danielle volunteers her time and expertise with the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, where she served on the board for 8 years and is now a member of the Application Review Committee. She has also served on local animal task forces and boards including the CNY Animal Cruelty Task Force, HumaneCNY, CNY SPCA, Spay and Neuter Syracuse and PAWS of CNY, a local therapy dog organization where she held the position of president and lead evaluator for 12 years.
