Jenny Ruth Yasi, BFA, CPDT-KA, FFCP, CTDI, Certified Control Unleashed Instructor is also certified through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, through Fear-Free Certified Professional (trainer, board and daycare), certified as a Trick Dog Instructor through Do More With Your Dogs, an AKC CGC evaluator, member International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, Animal Training Academy andPet Professional Guild. Jenny has trained professionally since 2001 (starting at a Petco!) titled, competed and trained in a variety of dog sports, but she most enjoys “practical” service dog behaviors, such as skijoring, retrieve and deliver, find, alert, and backyard games (movement puzzles!) that don’t take a whole lot of training equipment, and that offer fun exercise, and useful skills for family pets. She opened Whole Dog Camp in 2001 to provide a safer place for people to play (and sometimes stay) with their dogs. Jenny's writing has been published nationally, regionally and regionally. In 2025 she published Signal Training: Leading to Freedom (headhalters, calming caps muzzles, and tricks for safer loose leash walking). It's available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble
