I’m the owner of Girl Friday ACK (Nantucket) and Mountainside Mutts (Vermont). As a certified dog behavior consultant (IAABC) I'm committed to helping clients train their dog using humane, science-based methods that prioritize communication, compassion, and connection. Before launching my training career, I spent over a decade as an international shipping litigator in London. My journey into dog behavior began when I adopted Olive, a rescue dog with a host of behavioral quirks that inspired a complete career change. Since 2021, I’ve been helping Vermont families and their dogs build trust and understanding through force-free training rooted in positive reinforcement and modern learning theory. I offer private coaching and group classes, including Puppy Start Right, Basic Manners, Canine Parkour, and support for reactive dogs. Whether you’re raising a confident pup or navigating challenging behavior, I’ll meet you where you are—with patience, evidence-based tools, and a little humor.

ABC Certified Dog Trainer I believe in developing a personalized plan to build strong, loving relationships amongst all family members through the use of a balanced approach to training. In other words, the primary goals will be to educate people and dog, on what is appropriate and prevent unwanted behavior from happening, creating a harmonious balance. Currently, I offer Dog Day School, Canine Culture VT, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30am-5:30pm.
