Iβm the owner of Girl Friday ACK (Nantucket) and Mountainside Mutts (Vermont). As a certified dog behavior consultant (IAABC) I'm committed to helping clients train their dog using humane, science-based methods that prioritize communication, compassion, and connection. Before launching my training career, I spent over a decade as an international shipping litigator in London. My journey into dog behavior began when I adopted Olive, a rescue dog with a host of behavioral quirks that inspired a complete career change. Since 2021, Iβve been helping Vermont families and their dogs build trust and understanding through force-free training rooted in positive reinforcement and modern learning theory. I offer private coaching and group classes, including Puppy Start Right, Basic Manners, Canine Parkour, and support for reactive dogs. Whether youβre raising a confident pup or navigating challenging behavior, Iβll meet you where you areβwith patience, evidence-based tools, and a little humor.

Iβm Steph Du Preez, owner of Ohh, Sit! and Certified Dog Behavior Consultant. I have over 15 years of experience helping dogs change behavior, and teaching dogs owners the steps they can take to solve their challenges. Iβve worked with all sorts of dogs: large and small, young or old, energetic or gentle. My name is Chelsea Plankey and I have been an avid dog lover since I can remember. I have fostered nearly 40 dogs ranging from puppies to seniors over the past several years and just opened my own business last year after my completion of ABC Dog Obedience Trainer Certification. I have also finished My Dog Camp course and now run my own dog camp weekly. I provide basic obedience trainings as well as boarding.
Inspired by my challenging dog, Ivy, Iβve recently started my business Ivyβs League Dog Camp and Training! Dog camp is my main focus where I take appropriate dogs out for a two hour off-leash hike. The dogs enjoy sniffing, playing, digging, and all the other things that being a dog entails. I sprinkle a little bit of obedience in throughout our hike as well. Clients say their dogs come home happy and enriched! A lifelong animal lover, I currently live with my two dogs, Ivy and Tulsi, three cats, four horses, a few ducks, and lots of chickens. My life would not be complete without my animals and Iβd love to help you and your dogs live in harmony so you can give them the best life possible!

I graduated from ABC in 2007, and have only worked in the industry part time until my recent retirement from School bus driving. My goal is to be sure that each dog parent I work with is willing, able, and ready to provide a special home and enriched life for their dog. I donβt particularly care where the dog comes from, whether from a pet store, a breeder, or a rescue, no 2 dogs are exactly alike, and each learns in their own way. Basic manners, puppy proofing, family life integration, house breaking, and general fun.
