Katherine Rollins Professional Dog Trainer & Boarding Kennel Owner Katherine Rollins is a nationally respected professional dog trainer and the owner of All Creatures Country Club, a premier boarding, grooming, and training facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Since founding the business in 1997 with her husband Dwight, Katherine has dedicated her career to improving the lives of dogs and the families who love them. With over 27 years of hands-on experience, Katherine specializes in positive reinforcement training methods, drawing inspiration from leading figures such as Sue Ailsby and Karen Pryor. Her training programs range from basic manners to advanced service-dog development, and she is particularly passionate about her “Levels” class system, which allows dogs and handlers to progress at their own pace. In addition to training, Katherine has built All Creatures Country Club into a trusted community hub for boarding, grooming, and board-and-train services, offering pet owners peace of mind and reliable care. Her dedication to dogs extends beyond her business. Katherine founded two nonprofit organizations: GreenePets Foster Network, Inc. (2003), a foster-based rescue devoted to saving and rehoming dogs in need. CrittersWork Service Dog Partners, Inc. (2008), which focuses on training and pairing service dogs with individuals who require their assistance. Through these initiatives, she has rescued and rehomed countless dogs while also helping to shape the next generation of service dog partnerships. Katherine is also a passionate advocate for responsible vaccination protocols, holistic dog health, and community education. She frequently publishes articles, hosts workshops, and develops handouts and resources for pet owners, rescues, and students. When she’s not working with dogs, Katherine is deeply involved in local community projects, including the Greeneville Farmers Market, where she supports regional farmers, artisans, and small businesses. Her career is guided by a lifelong belief: with knowledge, compassion, and commitment, we can build stronger bonds between people and their dogs while fostering healthier, more resilient communities.
