Besides a lifetime of experience with a variety of her own animals, Kathi's more formal educational journey began with her Welsh Terrier puppy over 20 years ago. She agonized over how to rehabilitate the very reactive little dog she had already fallen in love with. She sought the help of some of the most respected animal behavior experts in the country, beginning with Veterinary Behaviorist and author Dr. Nicholas Dodman, Professor Section Head and Program Director of Clinical Science, Tufts University. It was later that she found Suzanne Clothier, author of "Bones Would Rain from the Sky: Deepening our Relationships with Dogs" who has become an inspirational mentor and an enormous influence on the way Kathi works with dogs. Suzanne taught Kathi the fine art of observing animals and building cross species communication skills. Kathi continues to educate herself by attending seminars, online classes, and workshops to keep up with any and all new ideas on how to work more effectively and more humanely with dogs and their people.

Mo’s Dog Training Mo’s Dog Training offers basic obedience classes, group or individual, your home or ours. At Mo’s we also offer pet sitting. I will come pick up your dog from your home before you leave on vacation & then return them to your home once you get back.
