Natasha started her career in dog training and behavior while finishing up her M. Ed. in Counseling in Alaska. At that point a very special Saint Bernard entered her life and she hasn’t looked back. Natasha enjoys incorporating her knowledge of human psychology, learning, neurobiology, and behavior into her behavior modification work with dogs and their people. Natasha’s professional interests include working with Giant/Guardian breeds, her own unique approach to Cooperative Care & Low-Stress Handling, as well as supporting owners through their dog’s adolescence. When not working with clients, Natasha enjoys spending time re-discovering Oregon with her Saint Bernard Dinah and Newfoundland Olaf.

Mere-Care Petsitting Plus I am owner of Mere-Care Petsitting Plus. I am an ABC Certified Dog Trainer. I offer private lessons on basic dog commands. I also work on rescued dogs’ behavioral and re-training issues, my training is done one on one, in a more consultative manner . what we can’t fix we manage, since I work with rescues who have unknown baggage we sometimes need to compromise, as all my pets are rescues I understand and believe with patience and understanding they can become good members of your furry family. My lessons are private and done in your home .
