Linda is a former college administrator who has happily turned her full attention to dogs. She has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a graduate degree in experimental psychology with a clinical practicum. Her credentials include Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (CDBC), Certified Behavior Consultant Canine-Knowledge Assessed (CBCC-KA), Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), and she is designated as Fear-Free. She has served on multiple Subject Matter Expert panels for exam and policy development, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. Linda is also a member of the ASPCA’s Field and Disaster Response Team. In addition to deployments to disaster areas, she spends time at the Cruelty Recovery Center and the Behavior Rehabilitation Center. She knows that people sometimes feel overwhelmed by their dogs’ behavior issues. So she’s thrilled when people take a moment, get another set of eyes on a dog’s behavior, and work with her to help their dog be a happy member of their family. With her own Alaskan malamutes, Linda hikes, bikes, and has shown in conformation.
