At Sirius Positive Dog Training, every dog and client are considered as individuals. Our training philosophy is that dogs are our companions, not our servants, and training is based on creating a partnership based on trust and willing cooperation, rather than fear. The qualifications and education of trainer Michele McLeod include the independent CCPDT knowledge assessed; Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (independent IAABC behavior certification); Fear Free Certified Professional; Certified Behavior Adjustment Training Instructor-Knowledge and Skills Assessed; Victoria Stilwell Dog Training Academy Graduate with Distinctions; M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Good manners, life/social skills and behavior modification training are offered. From getting ready for a dog to arrive, to working with a new puppy or dog, working through behavior problem including aggressive behaviors, fearfulness, resource guarding, etc., or preparing for life changes such as a new baby, we are here for you.
