Ann became a certified professional dog trainer in 2004, combining her passion of working with dogs and helping people. She has coordinated national dog training and sports programs, worked as a dog trainer at an animal sanctuary, and taught group classes in Basic to Advanced Manners, Nose Games, and Tricks. She currently operates her own Dog Day School to help bring out the best in dogs and their owners through positive reinforcement. Ann is committed to ongoing education to stay up to date with the latest research in training. A foundation of Ann’s training philosophy is relationship building—getting to know the individual dog and owner, and helping owner and dog understand each other.
