Philosophy: The dogs we have invited to live with us in our homes trust us to teach then what we want them to do in a safe and friendly manner. Our goal is to help you form an amazing relationship with your dog so everyone enjoys learning. We believe dog training should never be forced; training should always be FUN! Classes Offered: From helping your puppies become socialized at a young age to basic manners to addressing undesired behaviors - Island Dog can help! Besides basic manners and obedience training, we also offer an array of "just-for-fun" classes such as Playground (for-fun agility), Agility (NADAC style skills), Gymtastic Tricks, AKC CGC, AKC Fit Dog, and "Where Is It?" - a treat based Nosework class. All group classes are limited to 6 students with an instructor & assistant. Private lessons, sensitive dog classes, and reactive dog classes are also offered. See website for details.
