In my practice, your dog will understand what you want them to do and not do through the use of positive dog training. This type of training uses positive reinforcement of treats and clicks when the dog accomplishes a given cue. I am a very active individual who loves to take my dog for long walks and enjoyment of the outdoors. My love of dogs and desire to help dogs and their humans understand one another better has led me to dog training. I have had dogs, as well as cats, all of my life and have many years of experience working with them in various capacities. Through positive dog training techniques I believe mutual bonding and respect will grow between dog and human.

I am an IT Security Consultant for my “day job” and am spending my weekends and any time I can spare working as the lead trainer for the local shelter where I did my volunteer hours. I am continuing my education on dog behavior and rehabilitating shelter dogs.
