Stephanie Bennett, CPDT-KSA, is considered one of Houston’s top dog trainers and behavioral experts, as well as one of the city’s most innovative dog education and enrichment entrepreneurs, helping to create balance between mind, body, and spirit. Stephanie is recognized as Houston’s original puppy expert and is the founder of the city’s first all-encompassing, puppy-focused training programs. Her unique and effective puppy programs were developed under the guidance of her mentor, Dr. Ian Dunbar, who revolutionized dog training when he designed the world’s very first off-leash puppy class. Stephanie has made it her mission to educate new puppy owners and local veterinarians on the importance of early puppy training and socialization. Stephanie is passionate about her education and has had the pleasure and distinction of working and studying with some of the world’s best dog trainers, including the great Dr. Ian Dunbar, who continues to be her valuable mentor today. In 2017, she had a vision of a new Canine and Training Enrichment Center. I discovered that although I might be able to handle one untrained dog, adding a second dog made life more difficult to think that training was now a good idea. I found I loved training my own dogs and then helping others.

Kris spent many years in corporate America, but found working with her dogs and fosters much more rewarding. She has a degree in psychology and has transitioned that into animal behavior. After an apprenticeship with a local positive dog trainer, Kris decided to open her own business with the emphasis on pet dog training.

Animal Behavior Focus works with dogs and cats that suffer from fear, anxiety and aggression issues. Working on a case-by-case basis in Houston, Texas and along the Emerald Coast of Florida. Animal Behavior Focus uses science-based, positive methods for training and employs certified trainers.

Victoria Thibodeaux, AKA V (she/they). Specializing in touch sensitivities and separation anxiety! I help dogs who avoid being touched, handled, groomed, and/or veterinary procedures, as well as dogs with separation related distress to overcome their fears and learn to tolerate the things we need to do to keep them happy, comfortable, and healthy. Howdy! My name is Tiffanie. I have been working with dogs for over 10 years now. I started out working as a kennel tech for a boarding facility. Then I started my training through ABC Animal Behavior College a year ago and am now a certified dog trainer! I have three dogs of my own: a chihuahua mix, a wire-haired terrier mix, and a pit bull/lab mix! I can’t wait to start training dogs on my own!!
